SHIPPING POLICY
Conceal Club guarantees free U.S. postal shipping for magnets sold. Shipping options include standard, domestic only. International shipping is not available.
Shipping may vary, generally taking 3-5 business days. Handling time is between 24-48 hours from when an order is placed to when it is shipped. Orders must be placed before 4pm MST in order to be processed that business day.
If problems with shipping or handling happen to occur, we will promptly inform our customers and do our best to accommodate needs.
RETURN POLICY
The Conceal Club return policy is limited to 30 days after purchasing a magnetic mount. We only accept returns on items that may be damaged and/or defective.
If a refund is requested, the item must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
Return shipping is not covered by Conceal Club.
We are sure that our product will meet your needs, however, we are willing to do what is needed to help you with any problems that may arise.
